Low Tide Ledges

Kimmeridge Ledges

With a major swell hitting Ireland, a small wave made it up the channel to KBay. Running 1m at 12sec it was enough to temp me over in the sunshine - I don't need much of an excuse for a trip to Kimmeridge!
We're at the Equinox time of year and it's almost full moon, so the tides are huge. Luckily I'd timed my visit for mid-tide and enjoyed a couple of uncrowed hours of clean, head-high faces on the Ledges.
No action photos today, by the time I got out of the water the waves had all but disappeared and took the opportunity to walk out and explore the Ledges. The water is so clear, I can see why the divers like it.
