With 2011 drawing to a close, there was still time get out a Kimmeridge one last time. After only making to Kimmeridge a dismal five times this year, my resolution for 2012 is to get there more often! Despite a strong westerly wind, the swell didn't arrive and KBay was, for once, pretty flat. Whta's worse, I sailed like a donkey hardly making any tacks but at least my gybes were consistent. It was cold, too. I had to come in after an hour to warm my hands up and even put my gloves on. The photos give a fair idea of the conditions - I suppose it is December after all.
